In 2006, Jason patented the original programmatic advertising technology for job postings, tech that now powers platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. But even back in 2023, he saw the cracks forming. What was once groundbreaking no longer serves the dynamic, fast-moving world of modern recruitment and thus TalentExtended Intelligence was formed.
